I am a qualified Registered nurse in Learning Disabilities, and have worked in small group homes and as a community nurse. I have worked in both Health and Social Services as a training manager in the field of learning difficulties and have been a Quality manager in an acute hospital for 5 years. Supporting this by completing a M.A. in Quality Management at Northumbria University. For the past 4 years i have set up and established my business.

I have worked in the field of learning disabilities for twenty years and work as a part time locality manager for the NHS trust. My areas of expertise are implementing different aspects of the White Paper, working with people who have complex needs and work in Primary Care.
