This has included work with a range of Primary Care Groups (PCG's) and Primary Care Trusts (PCT's). Some of the work has included:

  • Facilitating practice development planning which can involve practice diagnostic work, team away days and the facilitating of the plan.

  • Service user and carer interviews and focus groups,

  • Service development work.

  • Developing primary care pathways such as in cancer services,

  • Facilitating conferences and courses around key issues.
